What’s my why?

Coaching is all about unpacking “the why”. So why am I a coach? My first year as a new manager was exciting but also challenging and confusing. I wish I had had a coach - someone who could listen to my concerns without judgment, help me sort through the noise to find a way forward and support me as I developed my leadership style. Coaching is often available to senior leaders, but I believe new leaders have the most to gain. The sooner a leader identifies their leadership vision, the better - better for themselves, their team and their organisation.
